David Kristof brings over 25 years experience of problem-solving and process innovation as a senior executive within both Fortune 100 and privately-held enterprises.
This includes 18 years at Avaya (Santa Clara CA) running its Field, Remote & Professional Services global teams, including the $2.1B Services business unit (12,000 associates) as Avaya's Chief Growth Officer; and 7 years as SVP of the industry-leading Managed Services Provider, ECI (New York NY).
Dave has innovated constructively with private equity partners Silver Lake, TPG, and HIG, to develop and manage dozens of proprietary models over the years and has led over ten Velocity Councils to derive additive tens of millions of improved annual business profits to Services P&Ls of his companies.
